Who Are We
Blueprint2 provides Tenant Reps with access to one of the most exciting productivity tools available in the marketplace. Our tenant requirements automatic brief generator has been developed to increase the number of clients a single tenant rep can look after whilst simultaneously providing a superior service in advising tenants on how their next choice of office space could influence the success of their business. We do this by providing Tenant Reps with access to our unique 4 step method for matching tenant business drivers to office space that will improve their business’s top line revenue and bottom line profitability.
At Blueprint2, we have great belief in a future that can be created through thoughtful evidence based decision making. We are particularly excited by the prospect of assisting Tenant Reps to demonstrate to businesses how their choice of office can positively affect their accelerated growth, attract the best and brightest to their doors, directly contribute to reducing staff turnover and improve workplace productivity to the point that office rental costs are completely offset.

About our CEO
Darren is an author and strategic consultant who has worked in the property industry for over 25 years, for both architects and engineers and on behalf of industry bodies such as the Property Council of Australia and the Green Building Council of Australia.
Throughout this time, he has been involved in all aspects of commercial office property, from design and development through to leasing, energy auditing, refurbishments and retrofits, and most importantly, as a tenant himself. This background provides him with a unique perspective on not only the technical advantages and disadvantages of various buildings systems, but also how these systems, together with the rest of the office’s eco-system, affect the day-to-day performance of staff and business.
In 2007, Darren was nominated in the “Engineer’s Atlas” in Architectural Record as one of the 70 greatest mechanical and structural engineers of all time from around the world and one of only 3 people nominated from Australia on that list. He was also an Adjunct Professor of Sustainability at Curtin University in WA, has worked with former Vice-President of the United States, Al Gore and has been acknowledged as one of the “founding fathers” of the green building movement in Australia.
He is also widely recognised as a speaker of note on building and infrastructure for the built environment having presented for the Australian Academy of Science, Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering, the DAVOS Future Summit, the Australian Financial Review, the Committee for Economic Development (CEDA), the Property Council of Australia, the Green Building Council of Australia, the Australian Water Association and the Waste Management Association of Australia, the Governor’s Leadership Foundation, the Australian Property Institute, the Australian Institute of Energy, the Municipal Association of Victoria, Victorian Transport Conference, Flinders, Adelaide and Curtin Universities, G’Day USA Energy Dialogue, South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy and the American Institute of Architects, in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Los Angeles and San Diego.
